Labor for Contracted Staff:

Daytime Staff (8:00am to 5:00pm) – $33.25/hour

After Hours Staff (5:00pm to 12:00am) – $47.50/hour

Holiday Staff – $58.25/hour (all stat holidays)

*All-Inclusive labor and rental packages are available upon request.

1:00am Take Down – $150.00 – $275.00 based on venue location
and rental contract

$75.00 for additional delivery days in Calgary, $125.00 outside city limits

*Rental item prices are available upon request but are subject to change based on Wedding Date, Venue, Location, Quantity, Availability and Fabric requested.

*Accomodation for out of town set ups – must be provided by client for 1 room, 2 beds for Grimes Designs staff

*Fuel charges based on KM’s

*Substitutions can be made, but are subject to price increase.

Package Includes:

- Securing of Wedding Date

- Initial Consultation with Grimes Designs Event Designer

- Up to 4 Meetings prior to event (venue location, etc)

- Unlimited email/phone communication

- Payment planning/budgeting/contract

- Design planning assistance from the Grimes Designs Design Team

- Prep of all linens and decor items requested

- Decor for Ceremony & Reception* for up to 250 guests. Use of any in-stock items, fabrics, accent decor, etc.

- Items available for use include: Chair Covers, Sashes, Overlays, Table Linens, Backdrops, Archways, Ceremony Hooks, Centrepieces, Accent Trees, Paper Lanterns, Candles, Table Runners, Table Number Holders, String lighting, etc. Over 45 colors and 6 different fabrics are available to choose from.

- Day of Delivery of all rented items to venue

- Labor/Set up of all rented items with up to 4 Grimes Designs staff members on day of Wedding.

- 1:00am Take Down Service*

- Cleaning of all linens and rented items post event

- Access and use of all professional photos of your event via Facebook and the Grimes Designs website

 

Additional Info:

*Ceremony & Reception must be in the same venue or $150.00 transfer fee will apply.

*1:00am take down service applies in Calgary city limits. An additional fee of $100.00+ will apply for outside city limits.

*Package is for in-stock items and colors only. Ordering fees and/or delivery charges may apply for special order items
